1. Scope of Work
All work is carried out by licensed electricians in accordance with NSW electrical safety laws, AS/NZS 3000 wiring rules and Clean Energy Council guidelines where applicable. Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
2. Quotes & Pricing
Free quotes are provided based on the information supplied by the customer. Fixed-price quotes cover the described scope only. Additional work, unforeseen conditions, or variations requested after acceptance may incur extra charges, which will be discussed and approved before proceeding.
3. Electrical Safety Inspection Offer
The free electrical safety inspection (valued at $349) is included with every confirmed booking where the total quoted work exceeds $500 excluding GST. The inspection covers switchboard, visible wiring, safety switches and outlet condition. It does not include invasive testing or fault-finding beyond standard visual and testing procedures.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand plans change. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a call-out fee if a technician has already been dispatched.
5. Warranties
workmanship is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of completion. Manufacturer warranties on equipment (panels, inverters, batteries, EV chargers) apply in addition and are passed on as provided by the supplier. Warranty claims must be reported within the warranty period and do not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modifications, or force majeure events.
6. Payment Terms
For jobs under $5,000, payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed. For larger projects, a deposit and staged payments may be required. We accept bank transfer and major credit cards.
7. Access & Site Conditions
The customer is responsible for providing safe access to the work area, including roof access for solar installations. Work may be postponed if site conditions are deemed unsafe by our technicians.
8. Privacy
Personal information collected for quotes and bookings is used solely for service delivery and communication. We do not sell or share customer data with third parties for marketing purposes.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the services performed. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or economic loss arising from electrical faults or delays beyond our reasonable control.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of NSW.
