1.1 These Terms govern your use of the Site only. Any quote, booking, installation or guarantee is governed by its own separate terms — our Quotation Terms & Conditions, Invoice Terms & Conditions, and Guarantee Eligibility, Terms & Conditions — which prevail over these Terms on those subjects.

1.2 We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version. Continued use of the Site means you accept the current version.

2.1 Content on the Site — including savings figures, "up to" performance claims, rebate information, system sizing, and indicative pricing — is provided for general information and marketing purposes. It is not advice, a quote, or a guarantee, and should not be relied on as a statement of what you specifically will receive.

2.2 Any specific saving, rebate amount, price or timeframe applicable to you is only the figure set out in your individual written quote and Blueprint following assessment of your property.

2.3 Rebate, incentive and scheme information reflects our understanding at the time of publishing and is set by government and scheme administrators, not by us; eligibility, amounts and deadlines change and are not guaranteed.

2.4 While we take care to keep the Site accurate and current, we do not warrant that all content is complete, accurate or up to date, to the extent permitted by law.

4.1 You must not use the Site: unlawfully; to transmit malware or harmful code; to scrape, harvest or copy content other than for your own personal, non-commercial reference; to interfere with the Site's operation or security; or to impersonate any person.

4.2 You must not use any content from the Site to obtain, build or undercut a competing quote, or for any commercial purpose, without our written consent.

5.1 All content on the Site — including text, designs, graphics, the HM Solar & Electrical name and logo, layouts, and system designs or blueprints — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law.

5.2 You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use only. All other use, reproduction or distribution requires our prior written consent. Our name, logo and branding may not be used without permission.

6.1 When you submit an enquiry, booking or sizing request, you consent to us collecting and using your information to respond to you, prepare a quote, and provide our services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy (hmsolarelectrical.com.au/privacy).

6.2 You must provide accurate information. Information you provide through the Site (e.g. bill amounts, property details) may be used to prepare indicative figures; final figures depend on assessment.

8.1 Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded ("Non-excludable Rights").

8.2 Subject to your Non-excludable Rights, and to the extent permitted by law: the Site is provided "as is"; we exclude all warranties not expressly stated; and we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, or reliance on its general information, including indirect or consequential loss.

8.3 Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited to re-supplying the relevant information or service, or paying the cost of doing so.
